Thomas aka Indy is the best I wouldn’t know what to do with out him. He helped me from start to finish and was so kind and respectful. He never rushed me or pushed me into something that I couldn’t afford. He went above and beyond and and was extremely engaged in any questions I had asked. Being that this is my first time leasing a vehicle and it was done with ease I would highly recommend him to anyone my friends family neighbors and community!

Great Sales Team and the best Service Department I've ever dealt with This was my second Buick I purchased one 9/16/24. The Power Steering went out and GM couldn't get the part so they did a buyback. We bought a used car from them recently. We were told that it was inspected and did not have any major issues. About 10 days later, it needs a repair costing over $5,000. Also, repair shop was able to confirm that the car had been in their shop recently and threw a code that was not fixed. Code had been cleared. Listed at Ray Skillman next day. I absolutely loved this dealership! My husband & I are fairly young and when we went to their sister dealership near downtown Indy they weren’t very nice & didn’t take me serious. I worked with Matt Roeder and Duane Reed. Amazing people and looking within my budget, made things happen, and the process was smooth/stress free. I really enjoyed getting my first car myself here and the people who helped.

You can not walk around this lot comfortably and just browse. I literally did not get both feet on the ground when I was ALREADY approached by a young man. Dang, give me aminute. I don't like knowing that they are waiting like that.

We bought our 2024 Niro here in May. Everyone made the experience great. We went back several times and asked questions and they were very helpful. Showed us everything we wanted to know. They bent over backwards to give us what we wanted. Went to the highest person there to get what we asked for.

JR and Kasey, my finance, went absolutely above and beyond expectations. I had issues with my credit resulting from identity theft, which left me feeling like getting a new car was hopeless.

Bought my 2022 Acadia from here, since then every time I get service done here, my go to guy is Justin, he always goes above and beyond, if I could give him 10 stars I would. Have always had my vehicle serviced at Skillmans where I purchased it. The personnel have been friendly, professional and helpful. Service has been completed in time expected and my vehicle has continued to perform at its best. Waiting area is comfortable, accommodating with plenty of seating and refreshments if desired. Have never compared pricing so can't speak on that.
Always go through here. They are honest, always help, and make sure you are taken care of each time.

Recently bought a 2015 Ford Explorer from these guys and I have to say it was a great experience. The wife and I don't have the best credit so finding a lender was the longest part (waited a good few hours) but in the end I drove off with the vehicle same day these guys worked hard to get my family a deal. I do not like car shopping but I knew what I wanted and called to see if they truly had it in their inventory and they did. I spoke to Mack Bridges and told him what I wanted, when I would be in and if he could help. He stepped up and said he could handle it. I got there just before 6pm. After all the paperwork and finance was done, I drove off the lot by 7:15pm with my new Seltos. THANK YOU MACK AND CHASE(finance guy).
